I.C.E. assists in locating cost effective disposal alternatives which are state and federally approved. We acquire all necessary disposal documents and permits and have established sound working relationships with several large disposal firms in the Mid-West Region.

I.C.E. offers Site Audit and Phase I and II Site Assessment services. Our trained audit specialists are well-versed in contaminated site cleanups and know how and when to conduct thorough site investigations. With Real Estate Transfers there is a considerable risk to the buyer and lender without conducting a Site Assessment. We can provide soil borings, monitoring well installations, groundwater flow and monitoring, soil gas monitoring and hydrogeological studies.

I.C.E. offers Lab Pack services for school systems, quality control laboratories and medical facilities and laboratories. We inventory and classify all known materials and perform fingerprint analysis to determine classification of unknown materials. All classified materials are packaged and shipped
to an approved disposal site for final disposal. We obtain all necessary disposal permits and approvals from the proper authorities.

I.C.E. also cleans all sizes of underground and above ground tanks and pipes. We provide Sandjet Pipe Cleaning Service, a process which uses a low pressure mixture of nitrogen and sand. All tank entries are conducted in accordance with established I.C.E. confined space entry procedures with proper levels of safety protection.

I.C.E. offers a turn-key approach to the management of underground storage tanks and their removal. I.C.E. removes and arranges for proper disposal of all sizes of fiberglass and steel tanks. We perform all soil surveys and analysis for confirmation of contamination or cleanliness of soil conditions. We obtain all necessary permits and contact all
essential state and local authorities for site closure.

I.C.E. provides Project Managers, Supervisors, Equipment Operators, Environmental Technicians, as well as technical support such as Professional Engineers and Chemists for environmental restoration projects. All of our personnel have OSHA required 40-Hour Hazardous Materials and Safety
Training. All personnel are provided safety proteсtion equipment levels of A, B, C or D as required. We also provide equipment including pickups, bobcats, high-power water blasters, loaders, bulldozers, small cranes, backhoes, and office, storage and decontamination trallers.

I.C.E. provides trained technicians for liquid and soil sampling. using strict Chain-of-Custody procedures for all samples. We use only state certified laboratories, providing quality analytical reports to our customers.
